If for any reason you receive an item damaged or broken you may send it back to us for a replacement of the same item only, all sales are final. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you have eligible products to return, you must contact us via our contact page or at 1-845-778-7221 within 30 days to obtain an RMA Number. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from receipt of delivery or without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item, and we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.
